Cancellation Policy
Salon Policies and Guidelines For any inquiries, concerns, or rescheduling, please communicate via text only. 👉🏽 Read Below for Salon Policies 👇🏼 1. Solo Visits: Clients must attend appointments alone due to limited space. Children are not allowed. 2. Health Precautions: A mask is required if experiencing any illness symptoms (e.g., cold or allergies). Clients with Covid or flu symptoms must reschedule. 3. Soak Offs: Soak offs are available for $20 and must be added when booking. 4. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited for any late cancellations or no-shows. 5. Cancellation / No-Show Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours and all no-shows will be charged 50% of the FULL service price. This is separate from the deposit and must be paid before booking a new appointment. 6. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited at the technician’s discretion. 7. No Text / No Show Policy: Clients who fail to communicate or do not show up for their appointment may be blocked from future bookings. 8. Transaction Fees: Debit and credit card payments incur a 3.5% fee. Cash and Zelle are fee-free. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies listed above.
